Refund policy

All sales are final. Because press-on nails are a personal hygiene product and every set is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including for sets ordered in the wrong size.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email officialmaidon@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or refund your original payment method.

Not covered. Slight handmade variations from the product photos, damage caused by application, wear or removal, and change of mind are not grounds for a refund.

Cancellations. An order can only be cancelled before we start making it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
