Shipping policy

Processing. Every set is handmade to order, so please allow processing time before your order ships. Processing time is in addition to delivery time.

Delivery. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Address. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Lost or delayed packages. Once an order is handed to the carrier, MAIDON is not responsible for delays, loss or theft, but we will help you file a claim with the carrier. Contact officialmaidon@gmail.com.
